Our Third Stage Triple IPA lifts off, rescheduled from the anniversary party.
Third Stage Triple IPA is on.
Named for the stage that does the last of the work: the one that stops pushing against the ground and starts pushing toward orbit. A triple IPA asks about as much of the yeast.
This was meant to launch at the anniversary party on September 12. It needed longer, so it gets its own night.
