Why “Gravity”?
The name says it in one word. It's the pursuit of high-quality, full-flavored ales and lagers: a product of substance and dignity; the adventure lifestyle we love here in Colorado; a sense of our place in this world; and a little thought provocation with every pour.
Not to mention, gravity is the term brewers use to measure the density of wort and beer, and so its strength. We stay endlessly curious, always looking to science and space exploration for inspiration.
